Anelle MacKinlay

​Anelle MacKinlay is a Senior Consultant at Titan Recruitment, specialising in electrical, control systems and instrumentation engineering within the Resources & Mining sector. She partners with clients across roles spanning Electrical, Power Systems and EEHA Engineers, Control Systems, Automation, PLC/SCADA and DCS specialists, Instrumentation and E&I Engineers, Electrical & Instrumentation Designers and Project Delivery professionals.

With 18 years' recruitment experience across construction, engineering and mining, Anelle joined Titan in September 2026 to lead all things electrical engineering across Resources & Mining. Throughout her career she's partnered with clients to secure top talent while supporting candidates through major career transitions, building a strong foundation in talent acquisition and relationship management along the way.

Anelle is passionate about recruitment because of the positive impact it has on people's lives, particularly in supporting individuals through change and helping them take the next step in their career. She enjoys the exposure engineering recruitment gives her to a diverse range of resources and mining projects and thrives on the challenge of sourcing talent for highly specialised, hard-to-fill roles.
