Ebony is a Consultant at Titan Recruitment, specialising in geology and surveying. She works across roles including Exploration Geologists, Mine Geologists, Project Geologists and Senior Geologists, helping mining businesses secure the right technical talent.
Ebony has been recruiting within the mining industry since 2020 and joined Titan with five years' agency recruitment experience already under her belt. Since coming on board, she's brought that industry knowledge straight into her new role supporting clients and candidates across geology and surveying.
Ebony is driven by matching candidates and clients to the right job and team and loves giving people the opportunity to progress their careers. Having worked in mining recruitment for several years, she understands both the industry and the challenges candidates and clients face and finds it rewarding to support the people and businesses that help drive one of WA's most important industries forward.
Known for being responsive, honest and easy to work with, Ebony genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Ebony can be found catching up with friends over coffee, walking the coast, doing pilates, reading or hunting down new bars for dinner and drinks.
