Matt Robertson

​Matt Robertson is an Associate Director at Titan Recruitment, specialising in Infrastructure, Buildings and Environment recruitment, with a strong focus on civil, structural and environmental appointments across Western Australia.

With five years’ recruitment experience and fifteen years’ prior senior-level experience across the property industry, Matt brings a strong commercial understanding of project delivery, client requirements and the importance of securing the right technical capability. His background spans sales, marketing management and the delivery of significant projects, giving him a practical understanding of the pressures faced by clients operating across the built environment.

Matt recruits across key technical disciplines, including Environmental Advisors, Civil and Structural Engineers and Designers. He is particularly drawn to the size, complexity and impact of the projects delivered across WA and the role these projects play in shaping the State’s infrastructure and built environment.

His approach is relationship-led, outcome-focused and grounded in understanding what clients and candidates genuinely need. Matt is focused on building long-term partnerships, delivering practical recruitment advice and supporting clients with the talent required to deliver successful projects.

Outside of work, Matt has a strong interest in health and wellness, with a particular passion for men’s mental health.
