In a few short words, tell us what you’re all about
As a recruitment professional, I have spent my career developing relationships based on the principle of meet, discuss and collaborate. As everyone’s needs are different, I aim to deliver a consultative and bespoke service to both candidates and clients and happily share my knowledge which has been gained through my extensive experience in sourcing talent for major mining and infrastructure projects.
What can you do for the candidates you work with?
I like to think of myself as a recruitment partner, helping clients find the best possible people and conversely helping candidates get the best possible outcomes for the next step in their career.
What skill would you like to master?
I would love to learn a language, preferably Italian.
What’s the best way to start the day?
I have six children so the mornings are hectic, to say the least. So, I start my day with 30-45 minutes in the gym; it really lifts my energy levels and sets me up for the rest of the day.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t be afraid to fail, because if you care about what you do or represent you will learn from your mistakes.
Why Titan Recruitment?
For me, Titan is a very collaborative environment, we all work together to get the best outcome for our clients and candidates. There is definitely a care factor in what we do.
