Sophie has over 4 years of experience in the recruitment industry focusing on industries such as Mining, Infrastructure and most recently, Energy. She joins the Titan team as a Resourcer, responsible for conducting extensive search assignments to build talent pools for the Energy industry. Sophie has developed a true passion and interest in building strong talent pools and developing lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Through extensive research, she has a strong commitment towards understanding her clients’ industry to endeavour to find and provide the best candidates in the market.

Her degree in Psychological Science has helped her develop a robust understanding of interpersonal communication and a passion for helping people.  This has enabled her to build strong collaborative rapport with colleagues, clients, and candidates resulting in the delivery of results on time and above expectations.
