About the Role
To support customers and to deliver solutions and projects either by working alone, as part of the team or as the technical lead for any given project. The role is primarily project-based, but some support work will be required from time to time.
- Assist with the development and implementation of System and Data solutions for customers
- Liaising with customers during installation and testing of developed solutions or Products
- Engage and present (verbal and written) with credibility to new and existing customers
- Ability to work with customers and others to define or refine technical aspects of complex solutions
- Ability to apply technology to business opportunities
- Diagnose faults relating to network systems
- Wireless technology
- Network Monitoring
- Strong Problem-Solving skills
- Senior Storage Experience
- Microsoft Exchange Administration
- VMware Administration
