About the Role
We are looking to appoint an Organisational Change Manager to develop and implement the OCM strategy, roadmap, integrated work plan, and business engagement, communications, and training deliverables for a major program.
Other key areas of focus will include:
• Understanding and eliciting the needs and expectations from key high-level stakeholders.
• Develop Program level OCM strategy for endorsement.
• Draft Change Management plans, also to include Governance and Training.
• Identify, coordinate and administer all aspects of Change Management throughout the Program.
Key Criteria
You must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Prosci certification (Practitioner level preferred)
• Enterprise-level organisational change management program delivery experience
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and executing change management strategy and mechanisms such as change readiness and change impact assessments, transition plans, stakeholder interviews, risk assessments etc.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of stakeholders (up to C-level)
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
• Outstanding written communication: skilled at drafting clear, concise and compelling communication material across a range of media
• Strong planning and organisation skills combined with flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations at times
What's on Offer
This is an initial 6-month full-time contract opportunity with prospect of ongoing work continuing beyond 2020. This is your chance to play an integral role in leading and managing all aspects of change management throughout a major program of work. You will be based in the heart of Perth in CBD offices, however some metro site travel may be required at times.
