Our Client
Our client is a crucial player in the resources and infrastructure markets and currently has a large project focused on track renewals, delivering the renewals around track, points and crossings, plain line, and ballast.

About the Role
Due to a Track Renewals project within the Resources industry, we are looking for a Track Supervisor to work FIFO up to the Pilbara on a heavy haul network. You will look over the portfolio of works and manage the work crews to ensure the safe, timely and cohesive delivery of the maintenance and reconstruction of the rail networks.
12 month contract available initially but a 3-4 year project.

You'll take the track reconstruction work from planning, organising work crews, monitoring progress, work methodology and implementation of work on site. Your commitment to safety, quality and communication will stand you out from the rest while continuously hitting key milestones within the programme schedule.


Key Criteria
We are seeking a Site Track Supervisor for a FIFO roster to the Pilbara. As an experienced Rail expert your previous work history will have seen you deliver track renewal projects and a strong knowledge of track/ civil/signalling to ensure you effectively coordinate all aspects of the programme.

The key criteria our client is requiring from you as a Track Supervisor includes:
• Extensive background working on freight / heavy haul track renewals projects
• Exposure leading a construction team on Track Renewals projects
• Experience in planning and coordinating Rail shutdowns
• Strong knowledge around all disciplines of Rail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to control safety requirements, budgets and timeframes
• Previous Trade background within Rail - preferably heavy haul

What's on Offer

With a large volume of work ahead, our client is looking for someone with the ability to commit a minimum of 12 months to this 3-4 year programme of works - strong possibility of extension.

You will be on FIFO roster with a back to back to ensure the progress of work will continue during your R&R. Roster to be confirmed.

Hourly rate will be negotiated directly but will be a competitive rate worthy to attract experts in the field of Track Renewals. I encourage you to enquire should you meet the criteria for the role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a package of work that spans more than 4 years. You will work on one of the leading heavy haul networks in the world and manage several major shutdowns each year to ensure the effective maintenance and upkeep of this heavy haul track.
