Our technical recruitment business specialises in the recruitment of Engineering and Construction professionals. The Perth office is a close-knit team of dedicated and highly talented consultants with strong industry networks and a diverse portfolio of clients. Titan Recruitment had strong growth last year and as a result we are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Resourcer.

About the Role
  • Successfully source appropriate candidates via advertising and data base searches for active jobs in the Engineering and Construction industry
  • Ensure that candidate profiles received from ad responses are reviewed and aligned with the brief provided by the client
  • Conduct telephone screenings with candidates
  • Run face to face interviews
  • Conduct full reference checks
  • Coordinate all compliance - rights to work, qualifications, medicals etc.
  • Brief candidates effectively on the duties and benefits of positions
  • Shortlist candidates for suitable roles
  • Develop and maintain candidate relationships and consistently build networks in the technical engineering and construction space
  • Maintain high levels of service levels
  • Support a close-knit team to ensure the achievement of KPI's and goals are met

Key Criteria
This role is perfectly suited to someone that has worked within the Engineering and Construction industry, an Experienced Resourcer or a Recruitment Consultant.
