About the Role
We are currently working with one of the biggest Asset Owners in Western Australia, to assist them in securing an experienced Trainer and Assessor for their Rail Infrastructure division. This Perth based role will see you:
• Developing & delivering training packages that align with nationally recognised/endorsed qualifications and quality standards.
• Update existing training and assessing tools and ensure their alignment with nationally recognised/endorsed qualifications and contextualise to client requirements.
• Develop specific technical packages such as Track Work and Track Surfacing RPL Assessments.
• Liaise in the development and delivery of Certificate II and III in Rail Infrastructure courses to ensure their training needs and statutory requirements are met.
Key Criteria
Ideally, you will have proven experience within track training and Assessing space and you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Cert II or above in Rail Infrastructure
• Cert 4 in Training and Assessing
• Rail / Track experience
