About the Role
We are currently working with one of the biggest rail networks in Australia, to assist them in securing an experienced Trainer and Assessor to contribute towards the overall training and development of their team of network controllers.
Some of the duties you will be responsible for as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor are as follows:
·Delivering training to new and existing Network Control Officers and Supervisors.
·Ensuring that safety, health, welfare, security and housekeeping standards are met with.
·Ensure that all training programs are in accordance with the client's course requirements
·Liaise with the client's Registered Training Organisation and Quality and Compliance Team to ensure that the training meets the requirements.
As a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
·Cert 4 in Training and Workplace Assessment and Cert 4 in Rail Network Control
·Good understanding of the design, development and delivery of adult learning and development programs.
·Previous experience as a Network Control Officer
·Good Understanding of the standards of the Registered Training Organisations
·Good understanding of the Railways Safety Act 2015
