About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Infrastructure & Buildings Team specialising in the Rail Industry.
This is a 360 degree role that will see you taking over and maintaining already established accounts, whilst supporting and assisting in the tenders of new accounts. This is a very busy desk with established candidate relationships so a major part of this role will be to provide excellent candidate care through your follow up and project knowledge. This desk will suit someone with passion and drive to succeed in a candidate short market.
- On this desk diligence and quality is a must
- Ability to retain information about multiple projects is key
- Be extremely organised with highly efficient computer skills
- Great knowledge and understanding of databases
- Interviewing, referencing and candidate calls
- Account Management calls
- Posting advertisements and maintaining a social media presence
- Ability to manage your job vacancies and deadlines
- Ability to form and maintain strong relationships
While our focus is on both permanent and contract recruitment, we go above and beyond with candidate and contractor care as well as client engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process, across the entire lifecycle.
- Effective delivery of quality service within your discipline.
- Experience in white collar Engineering recruitment would be highly valued
- 1 years' experience with agency recruitment is a minimum
- Someone with industry experience within rail would be highly regarded.
