The client is a multi disciplinary Design, Construct and Fabrication Engineering company based in West Perth. They are urgently seeking the services of an experienced and capable Secretary / Project Administrator to join their support team in a permanent capacity.
To be considered for this role, applicants will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Administration within an Engineering firm
• Experience working in a fast paced Project environment working across a number of tasks at once
• Secretarial skills, taking minutes of meetings, compiling reports, overseeing purchasing, diary management and PA work
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a can-do mindset
- Highly proficient with Excel, and MS Office Suite
