About the Role
Senior Recruitment Administrator is responsible for the support of the internal businesses administration and recruitment needs whilst building robust working relationships with all stakeholders as Titan's main point of contact.

Recruitment Administration:
Reception duties, CV formatting and management of outsourcing function, Database integrity, compliance and due diligence, supporting functions and hosting clients, Adhoc admin duties.

Complete onboarding tasks, Issuing contracts through onboarding platform, Liaise with local service providers with regards to medical/health, flight, relocation, accommodation and insurance services.

Office Support and Business Administration
Support all office tenancies as required, Work with Building management: access management, access tags, maintenance via buildings portal, office supply orders, Maintenance of Archives (off site), Internal New Starter set up, onboarding and terminations

Systems and Process Management
Manage business systems and licences, Maintain business processes, manuals and templates, Run end of week and month reports, Assisting staff in every day systems queries (CRM training and mentoring to ensure staff get the most out of our system from operational and user environment)

Essential Capabilities:
• High level of initiative and strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify improvements, determine priorities, multi-task and effectively and efficiently meet strict time lines.
• Good understanding of Systems and Processes
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent MS Office abilities
• Professional manner and presentation

Occupational Experiences:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in high level administration position
• Demonstrated experience in providing high quality compliance and due diligence in the recruitment industry or within corporate sector
