About the Role

Seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to join a well-established Engineering Consulting firm with a huge pipeline of projects within the mining and the infrastructure sectors.

Some of your responsibilities as a Proposal Coordinator will include:
·Creating and modifying tender documents
·Assisting with the creation of various proposals
·coordinate proposal inputs from all stakeholders

Key Criteria

As a Proposal Coordinator, you will have the following skill set:

·Atleast 2 years in bid/tender administration
·Experience working with documents, templates, and styles.
·Proficient in MS Office specially Word
·Strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with all stakeholders (including engineers, management, clients).
