About the Role
Seeking a Lead Signalling Engineer to head up the CBTC department within this leading consultancy. You be heading of a small team that works on both heavy haul and passenger networks on all systems engineering activities for train control, railway signalling, condition monitoring and associated communications systems. This Perth or Melbourne based role will see you:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Rio Tinto, BHP and PTA
• Complete small and large scale projects and maintenance
• Forecasting workloads and ensuring necessary material and human resources to meet project deliverables.
• Recruit, manage, train, and mentor staff and conducting performance and remuneration reviews
Key Criteria
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Telecoms
• 10+ Years Experience
