The Team
Our work to provide white collar professionals primarily to the Engineering and Technology Sectors.
  • We work on Hybrid desks with consultants working both contract and permanent vacancies
  • We manage a large contractor workforce
  • We have large and small accounts with mostly repeat clients
  • We strive to be innovative and proactive in all we do with a big care factor for the results we achieve for our clients and candidates.

The Job
  • You will manage and continue to expand the major accounts and ensure they are well serviced.
  • Ensure commitment from client - good, real, fillable jobs are where consultants spend their time
  • You will manage effective commercial considerations in the negotiation and management of accounts
  • Ensure your team of consultants are working the vacancies effectively and providing timely responses and submitting quality personnel
  • Improve processes and practices associated with your accounts
  • Ensure consultants are providing direct account management level service to the smaller clients

Key Criteria for the successful individual
  • Recruitment Experience and skill (agency experience preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strength in building, developing, and maintaining relationships and team work
  • Demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process, across the entire life cycle
  • Must be tech savvy' and have a passion and knowledge for the industry
  • Good commercial acumen including risk management
  • Committed to delivering effective, quality service within your discipline
