About the Role
We are seeking a Discipline lead / Technical Director to work in within this leading consultancy. You will take a leading role in delivering projects from concept stage to construction, whilst also leading the Track Discipline, offering mentorship and development to team members. You will business develop and build relationships to build a pipeline of on going work whilst supporting the Rail Manager as the 2IC.

Key tasks:

Support the Rail Team Manager and Business Group Manager (Transportation) in developing the Rail Consultancy business locally in Sydney.
Provide technical / design expertise into rail projects as required and manage the activities of engineering and support staff in this area.
Conducting post service meetings with the client to collect feedback and reinforce positive on going relationship.
Developing a job brief clearly defining the scope of works, program and fee structure based on clients needs
Making technical decisions and providing solutions based on your individual field of expertise and experience and involvement of Service Line Leaders/Coordinators and other specialists as required
Managing all activities related to carrying out the job and issue of deliverables

• Degree
• Extensive experience within Perway
