About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our team. This position provides a comprehensive consultancy and advisory service to Titan Leadership, Managers and Staff regarding legislation, policies and procedures across a wide range of Human Resource (HR) matters. The position delivers a high-quality HR service with a focus on achieving outcomes for Titan and continuous improvement - across both our internal Titan business but also the large labour force of contractors Titan supplies to our clients.

This will be a part-time role of 24-32 hours a week. This will depend on the experience of the applicant regarding the final agreed hours per week. Titan is open to negotiating hours/days per week and associated start and end times throughout the week to match both the applicant's preferences as well as Titan's needs.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

People Performance
• Develop People Plans and objectives
• Development plans for the team to grow and improve
• Manage poor performance
• Onboard new starters and create their induction/onboarding plans
• Support and develop the professional behaviours of the team

Human Resources
• Own the Training & Development plan for the overall business - and drive plans for teams
• Manage ER/IR (with external support) on all employment related issues
• Lead and own Titan Employee (Contractor) issues where placed with our clients
• Handle performance and pay review cycles with appropriate framework and market analysis
• Support interviews of all staff - operational and corporate as required
• Manage the development of standard templates and HR & Payroll Process across the business

Key Criteria

• HR Experience in Recruitment/Labour Hire will be ideal.
• Other HR Business Partner and coverage of medium sized workforces (up to 400) similarly ideal.
• Minimum 5yrs of demonstrated HR experience is necessary with experience and understanding of labour law, FairWork provisions and generalist employment/industrial instruments.
• Qualifications ideally cover degree level HR Management qualifications but diploma level qualifications with practical work experience is also well regarded.
