Whether you're experienced in AutoCAD or have already started working with Civil 3D, this is an outstanding opportunity to accelerate your technical capability while working alongside experienced designers and engineers who are passionate about mentoring the next generation.

The Role:
You'll become an integral member of a collaborative civil design team delivering projects from concept through to construction. Working across residential communities, industrial estates, transport infrastructure and renewable energy developments, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects while continuing to build your Civil 3D expertise.
No two days are the same, and you'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work while receiving ongoing support from experienced technical leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare civil engineering drawings and design documentation.

• Deliver designs for land development and subdivision projects.

• Assist with road, earthworks and stormwater infrastructure design.

• Develop your Civil 3D capability through structured mentoring and project exposure.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, surveyors and planners.

• Contribute to projects from feasibility through to construction.

• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

About You?
You are someone who enjoys solving engineering problems, has a passion for design and wants to continue developing your technical skills. Are you a team player who values working as part of high performing team with a client first approach and people centric culture.
Ideally you'll have:

• 2-5 years' experience as a Civil Designer within a consulting or projects environment.

• Experience working on land development, subdivision or civil infrastructure projects.

• AutoCAD experience, with exposure to Civil 3D or 12D and a genuine desire to develop your skills.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.

• A commitment to producing high-quality engineering documentation.

Experience in Land Development, Roads, Transport/Infrastructure or renewables projects will be highly regarded but is not essential.
