• Location Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
• Roster Monday to Friday (office-based)

Role Opportunity
Lead and manage multi-discipline engineering and drafting teams delivering mineral processing projects. Report directly to the Engineering Manager across EPCM project phases. Drives safe, compliant and high-quality design outcomes across global projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Engineering degree in relevant discipline
• Strong mineral processing project experience
• Experience across EPCM project delivery
• Proven leadership of design teams
• Knowledge of Australian and international standards
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage multi-discipline design team performance
• Approve drawings, standards and specifications
• Develop design schedules and man-hour budgets
• Facilitate design reviews across project phases
• Oversee vendor documentation and interface coordination
