Role Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an experienced Civil Site Coordinator to join an integrated client team supporting a major Rio Tinto Project in the Pilbara. Working closely with contractors and project stakeholders, you will oversee bulk earthworks activities, monitor construction progress and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Civil Site Coordinator to join an integrated client team supporting a major Rio Tinto Project in the Pilbara. Working closely with contractors and project stakeholders, you will oversee bulk earthworks activities, monitor construction progress and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (essential)
- Demonstrated experience coordinating bulk earthworks projects within the mining sector
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound understanding of construction safety and quality requirements
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor bulk earthworks construction activities across site
- Manage contractor performance, compliance and project deliverables
- Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with project standards
- Liaise with project stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain progress
- Provide reporting on construction activities, risks and project outcomes
