Role Opportunity
Our client is seeking a site-based Geotechnical Construction Supervisor supporting earthworks and haul road pavement delivery within an integrated project team.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Proven background in geotechnical construction or site supervision
• Solid knowledge of earthworks, borrow materials and haul road construction
• Ability to interpret technical designs, specs, and geotechnical testing data
• Strong communicator with large-scale project and rostered site experience
Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver geotechnical supervision across earthworks and haul road construction activities
• Conduct site inspections, validate ground conditions, and track borrow pit and haul progress
• Review testing, compaction, and material performance to support QA/QC compliance
• Report findings, manage risks, and liaise with engineers, contractors, and technical teams
