Supporting a range of projects across Australia, you will play a key role in leading electrical design, client interfacing, and project delivery for clients in the mining, minerals processing, and utilities sectors.
This is a high-profile role offering a competitive salary of up to $210k + Super with opportunities to work on innovative and technically challenging projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years' experience in electrical engineering, power systems, or related projects
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, recognised by Engineers Australia
- Strong background in mining, minerals processing, utilities, or power generation/distribution
- Experienced in detailed engineering design, system analysis, and modelling
- Ability to lead projects, supervise staff, and manage budgets and project deliverables
- Excellent communication and professional report writing skills
- Client-focused with strong commercial awareness
Desirable Skills
- Experience across brownfields or greenfields projects
- Exposure to Australian standards (AS/NZS 2067, etc.)
- Proven experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design and project execution
- Provide client interfacing and technical guidance
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior engineering staff
- Conduct system analysis, calculations, and modelling
- Ensure compliance with client and industry standards
- Contribute to technical reviews, documentation, and project reporting
