Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline, or relevant Diploma/Advanced Diploma with industry experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role within infrastructure, engineering, mining, construction, or EPC project environments
- Strong document control, records management, and Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and maintain a high attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and within a team environment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the department and project teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations
- Coordinate team schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and project activities while preparing meeting minutes and maintaining accurate records
- Develop and maintain document control systems, filing processes, and project documentation to ensure efficient records management
- Perform general administration duties including data entry, scanning, printing, filing, and maintaining office and stationery supplies
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, staff claims, invoices, and other project-related documentation
- Support operational activities across the team, contribute to process improvements, and undertake ad-hoc administrative and project support tasks as required
