Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in project coordination, business support, or administration
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project‑related systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of project governance, reporting and compliance requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in business, project management or a related field (desirable)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and support project managers
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, registers, reports and dashboards
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling and milestone tracking
  • Monitor risks, issues and actions, ensuring updates are captured and escalated
  • Support financial processes including purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking
  • Manage stakeholder communication, meeting coordination and minute‑taking
  • Maintain project filing systems and ensure compliance with governance requirements
  • Assist with onboarding, resource allocation and workflow coordination
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and tools
