Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Degree qualified Mechanical, Structural and Electrical disciplines.
- 5+ year's experience Project Engineering in mineral processing projects.
- Project Coordination & Execution across complex engineering projects from planning through delivery.
- Technical Engineering, Contract, Cost & Schedule Management with a strong focus on quality and performance.
- Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Stakeholder Management & Leadership to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder coordination capability.
- Safety-focused and proactive mindset.
- Collaborative team-oriented approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the safe and efficient site delivery of modular mineral processing plant packages.
- Provide technical engineering support, resolve construction, and design issues.
- Manage contractor performance, project costs, schedules, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
