Role Opportunity
Take ownership of health and safety performance on a major project, driving compliance, leadership and continuous improvement across project teams and contractor networks.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Recognised HS qualification and legislation knowledge
• Strong project HSE systems experience (Rio Tinto preferred)
• Proven leadership and safety culture development
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills
• Experience in mining or construction environments

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation requirements
• Develop and maintain HSE systems documentation
• Lead hazard identification and risk management
• Oversee incident reporting and investigations
• Drive safety culture and performance improvement
