Project Superintendent - Camp

Role Opportunity
The Project Superintendent - Camp, is responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of design and construction works for a 400 person Camp facility. The role will provide on-site leadership and assist in oversight of all construction activities, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved plans, schedules, budgets and standards

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule and daily work sequencing

• Lead on-site construction activities

• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, performance management

• Coordinate labour, equipment and materials to maintain construction schedule

• Lead HSE compliance across all camp construction activities

Key Skills & Experience

• Relevant Trade or Tertiary qualification

• Hands on experience delivering camp infrastructure, NPI within a brownfield site environment

• Technical understanding across civil, structural, building works, mechanical services, electrical/utilities and camp infrastructure systems

• Experience supervising large, multi-contractor workforces

• Understanding of budget control, progress tracking and productivity monitoring

• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
