FIFO Safety Supervisor
Role Opportunity
Join a large scale EPCM team on a major Rio Project in the Pilbara as a Safety Supervisor on a 12-month FIFO 2:1 roster. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you will provide frontline safety leadership, support contractor compliance, drive safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture across a large-scale iron ore construction project.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 8 years' experience within mining, construction and operational environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting major construction projects within the resources sector
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong computer literacy
- Proven ability to influence behaviours, resolve conflicts and make practical decisions in dynamic environments
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide health and safety subject matter expertise and support to the EPCM project team
- Coach, mentor and influence project personnel and contractors to achieve positive safety outcomes
- Support incident investigations, corrective action management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate risk assessments, critical risk workshops and compliance activities across site operations
- Monitor contractor performance, analyse safety trends and ensure alignment with project safety management systems and legislative requirements
