Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive contract administration experience
- Strong commercial management capability
- Pre-award and post-award contract expertise
- Claims and variations management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Previous EPCM project experience highly sought after
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage tendering and procurement activities
- Evaluate submissions and provide commercial recommendations
- Negotiate and administer project contracts
- Assess variations, claims, and contractual risks
- Prepare commercial correspondence and contract documentation
