Role Opportunity:
Client-side opportunity for an experienced Senior Advisor Environment to support operations across the Gold Fields region. This role will play a critical part in environmental compliance, governance, and operational support across active mine sites.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in mining or heavy industry (gold mining highly regarded)
• Experience in Environmental compliance and approvals, Monitoring and reporting Frameworks, incident investigation and environmental risk management.
• Strong Understanding of WA regulatory frameworks
• Experience working across operations, projects, or owner's teams
• Ability to engage effectively with site teams and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide environmental advisory support across mining operations
• Ensure compliance with environmental approvals, licences, and internal standards
• Coordinate and manage environmental monitoring programs (water, waste, land disturbance)
• Support permitting and approvals processes
• Investigate environmental incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain environmental management systems and reporting requirements
• Work closely with site operations, technical teams, and leadership to embed environmental best practice
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
