Role Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator / Mobilisation Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running. You will support a lean site team, coordinating contractor mobilisations, managing onsite vehicle requirements, and ensuring all visitors and subcontractors are site-ready. Candidates with mobilisation experience and strong administrative capability are strongly encouraged to apply.

12 month contract with possibility of extension
Exposure to a major project with a global EPCM client
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Proven mobilisation experience (travel booking, accommodation, training, PPE orders)
Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively under pressure
Strong time-management and organisational skills
Previous FIFO or site-based experience is highly advantageous
Experience in high-pressure, fast-moving work environments
Safety administration experience beneficial, but not essential
Proficiency in Excel and general administrative systems
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate contractor and visitor mobilisations, including flights, accommodation and site access requirements
Manage LV (light vehicle) fleet onsite- bookings, allocation, odometer tracking, servicing schedules, damage and repair coordination
Arrange travel and accommodation for Perth-based project visitors
Perform data entry for invoices, delivery dockets and debit card receipts
Ensure all visitors and subcontractors hold the required site access, inductions and documentation
Maintain weekly and monthly reporting using Excel and various site systems
Support the site team with general administrative and mobilisation tasks as required
