Structural Supervisor

Role Opportunity
The Structural Supervisor will support the Project Manager on structural remediation and asset integrity projects within a live operating environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to execution methodology, constructability reviews and sequencing
• work within live processing environment and coordinate closely with operations teams
• Manage ownership of safety, compliance, quality and delivery outcomes
• Effective communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

Key Skills & Experience

• Relevant Trade qualification (ideally Boilermaker)
• Extensive structural steel and brownfields construction experience
• Experience supervising asset integrity and structural remediation projects
• Proven leadership capability managing work crews and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of project execution, methodology development and work-front coordination
• Strong planning, coordination and reporting capability with a high level of computer literacy
