Training Advisor - Underground

• Site based - Southern Cross WA
• 8/6 BIBO (Bus in Bus out)
• $85-90ph plus super
• Cert IV Training & Assessment

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant Qualifications: Cert IV TAE,
• Licence or Cert in operating equipment such as UG loader, UG Trucks, UG IT
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence
• Certificate in Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing Atmospheres
• Solid understanding of VET (Vocational Education and training) systems, framework & statutory requirements
• Previous experience in an operational role - with underground experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in development, implementation, coordination and delivery of training framework & analysis
• Coordinate all training activities
• Develop annual training calendar and action plan
• Process, verify and maintain employee training and development related documents and database
• Develop, review and ensure that all training is developed and delivered in accordance with national standards
