Titan’s Onboarding Service is simple – we do all the work for you. A fixed rate charge is confirmed prior to the Contractor commencing so that budgets can be planned in advance. We manage the complete process of onboarding contractors and administering payroll, taxes, renewals, rate reviews and so on.
We focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with Contractors and our dedicated Contractor Care programme provides the foundations to ensure transparent, durable and ultimately productive relationships.
Our programme consists of regular communication along with benefits and social activities, to ensure that contractors are engaged with both Titan and the client’s employer brand. The objective is to foster open communication and to aid job satisfaction and retention of our Contractor workforce.
