About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled electrical designer to independently create intricate system and structure designs. The role involves presenting these designs graphically or through detailed scale models with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Independently creates intricate designs, serving as the lead in assigning tasks to less experienced team members.
• Ensures compliance with design standards and reviews work for quality and accuracy.
• Manages material quantity assessments and requisitions.
• Coordinates with designers in different disciplines for comprehensive design.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and schedules for basic designer tasks.
• Provide training and answer inquiries from clients or construction groups.
• Generates high-complexity 2D or 3D CAD design models with minimal guidance.
• Fosters a collaborative work environment based on openness, trust, communication, teamwork, innovation, and satisfaction.

Key Criteria:

• Proficient in electrical design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, and relevant procedures.
• Familiar with Engineering Department Procedures, design standards, and Standard Application Programs.
• Skilled in interpreting documents from other project groups.
• Knowledgeable about engineering and construction materials, procurement methods, and industry standards.
• Well-versed in mathematical formulae, design calculations, and CAD design processes.
• Capable of directing less experienced designers and drafters.
