Looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join an EPCM team in a pivotal role in managing contracts for a large Sustaining Capital Mining Project Portfolio. This position involves handling progress and contractor claims, variations, negotiation, resolution, and overseeing the tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage progress, claims, and variations for our Sustaining Capital Mining Project Portfolio.
- Compile and oversee tender packs, from initiation to contract award.
- Administer, tender, evaluate, and award contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Provide expert advice on contractual requirements, change management, and claims negotiation.
- Package scopes into RFQs, collaborate on sub consultancy agreements, and administer Master Service Agreements.
Key Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Contracts Administrator position.
- Strong background in EPCM and contractor environments, with a proven track record of successful contract management.
- In-depth knowledge of progress and claims management, negotiation, and tendering processes.
- Ability to provide sound contractual advice and effectively communicate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with packaging scopes, pricing schedules, and RFQ processes.
- Experience in bid reviews on high-risk projects is a plus.
