Seeking a Lead Mechanical Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects. As the Lead Mechanical Designer, you will drive the development of cutting-edge designs, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. About the role
• Support and collaborate with highly skilled engineers to develop designs for a wide range of plant elements
• CBD based Role
• 12 - month initial based contract
• Maintaining a safety focus through all aspects of work
Requirements
• Detailed knowledge of materials handling industry is essential, including conveyor and chute design.
• Significant experience in 3D modelling in MicroStation.
• Prior experience working with EPCM Greenfields or Brownfields environment, preferably in a or mining processing industry.
• Strong communication skills in multi discipline teams
• A sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements
