About the Role
Opportunity available for a Mechanical Designer/Drafter with good Mining experience in Perth who is ready to hit the ground running! You will collaborate with engineers to produce 3D models and 2D deliverables to meet industry standards for mechanical detail design, including detailed drawings, plans layout, and modeling for materials handling and mineral processing to generate engineering drawings, concepts, and detailed designs.
Responsibilities
• Produce 3D models and 2D deliverables to industry standards for mechanical detail design.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, layouts, and models for Materials Handling and Mineral Processing projects.
• Generate engineering drawings, concepts, and detailed designs to support project development.
Key Criteria
• 5+ Years Drafting & Design Experience
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or 5 years' experience in design/drafting
• Great knowledge and practical experience with AutoCAD / MicroStation / Inventor / Solid Edge / Solid Works and Autodesk.
• Consulting Experience Highly Regarded
• Evidence of Produced Quality work with a high attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work autonomously and run numerous projects concurrently
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong Team Player & Willingness to Support Others
• Ability to Communicate Effectively to Meet set Deadlines
