- Able to lead a small team of engineers, supervise grads & emerging engineers, also able to perform electrical calculations, design, client interface for electrical aspects of projects.
- Primary focus to be on Rio Tinto and BHP projects.
- Assisting to prepare tenders along with engineering design and electrical calculations
- Client interface
- Secondary design focus is majority of their work - i.e. everything else other than HV focused (lower HV) schematics, terminations.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical along with Chartered professional
- Someone who have full project life cycle experience along with an understanding of what's happening on site - technical support during construction phase - to respond to client / contractor queries - drawings & technical queries.
- Someone with a sustaining capital background OR a genuine interest to work in sus cap
- Prior experience working with Rio projects is preferred
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
