We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Advisor with a solid background in purchasing, high-volume procurement, contracts administration, and negotiation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare EOI and budget quotes during DES.
- Manage DES budget register.
- Issue tender docs on time.
- Evaluate tenders rigorously.
- Maintain accurate purchase order records.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, contracts administration, and negotiation within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong understanding of high-volume procurement processes and procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office Suite and procurement management systems.
