As the Senior Proposal Coordinator, you will play a key role in our client Origination Team, working with the Proposals Manager to lead and contribute to proposal activities, marketing, and communications efforts across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in coordinating, developing, and executing proposal activities.
- Organise and actively participate in meetings focused on proposal development and review.
- Assist in conducting market research to support the development of proposal strategies as part of Strategy & Growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to support Pre-Contracts activities effectively.
- Ensure the branding and written content of tender responses comply with established standards, overseeing the final preparation of tender submissions.
- Format, edit, and proofread Expression of Interest (EOI) and Proposal submissions.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy and timely upload of pursuits through the client CRM system.
- Oversee the development and coordination of the proposals library and database.
Key Criteria
- Possess a tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Engineering, providing a valuable foundation for the role.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical document writing and preparation.
- Exhibit knowledge of the mineral processing/mining industry, which is highly advantageous.
- Showcase advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Indesign) and Salesforce (or similar).
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
