We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Advisor to play a crucial role in both pre and post-award phases of contracts management. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a project that spans the definition phase study, engineering design, and execution stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering, tendering, evaluating, and awarding contracts to ensure optimal project performance.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the contracts process.
- Providing expert guidance in contracts management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar positions, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience in EPCM and contractor environments.
- Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle, from pre-award activities to post-award management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
