About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Advisor to play a crucial role in both pre and post-award phases of contracts management. In this position you will join an EPCM client working on the early execution phase of a major mining sustaining project which will move into full project implementation by the end of 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administering, tendering, evaluating, and awarding contracts to ensure optimal project performance.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the contracts process.
• Providing expert guidance in contracts management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar positions, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Extensive experience in EPCM and contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle, from pre-award activities to post-award management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
