Key Criteria:
- Bachelor's in Process or Mechanical Engineering (Engineers Australia recognised).
- 5+ years in project engineering, ideally within mining.
- Technical design background - navigating flow sheets and equipment selection.
- Outgoing, adaptable, high-energy approach.
- A genuine desire to lead and learn in a dynamic environment.
