​Hayden is part of Titan Recruitment’s Brisbane team, specialising in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems recruitment. He works closely with clients and candidates across roles including Electrical Engineers, Electrical Drafters and Designers and Control Systems Engineers.

He is focused on building strong relationships and bringing clear communication and transparency to every stage of the recruitment process. His approach is centred on understanding the needs of both clients and candidates and delivering outcomes that are aligned, practical and lasting.

Hayden is driven by the opportunity to make a genuine impact in people’s lives by connecting them with the right career opportunities. He is particularly interested in the continued growth of the industry, especially the evolving opportunities within renewables.

Before joining Titan, Hayden built his commercial background in retail management. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, rugby league, good coffee and spending time with his girlfriend and their cat.
