​Rachel Blower is a seasoned recruitment consultant with 17 years of experience, currently leading her Team at Titan Recruitment. She specialises in the Resource, Mining, and Civil sectors, managing top-tier accounts and ensuring the placement of highly qualified candidates in roles such as Civil Engineers, Project Delivery specialists, Geotechnical Engineers, and Environmental Advisors.

Rachel began her recruitment career in the UK in 2007, initially focusing on the West Yorkshire construction industry. After a brief period in finance recruitment, she returned to construction, managing high-risk compliance contracts for the Yorkshire Prison Service. Her leadership and expertise facilitated her rise to Team Manager, overseeing construction recruitment across East Yorkshire.

In 2013, Rachel relocated to Perth, Western Australia, where she expanded her recruitment portfolio to include Energy, Engineering, Logistics, and Defense sectors. Her deep industry knowledge and extensive network in the mining sector have been instrumental in her success. Rachel's dedication to exceptional customer service earned her an internal Leadership Award in 2017, and she further enhanced her skills by completing a Certificate in Human Resources Management at Murdoch University in 2020.

 Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys oil painting and is an active member of a local art group. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, Sunny and Elsie, exploring local beaches and parks.
