- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or related field
- Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to optimize and execute working capital strategies

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or similar preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Mining industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- SAP (Finance module) experience essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good listener with solid problem-solving abilities, able to manage conflict calmly and effectively
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee AP and Travel & Expense functions across Australian sites and regional offices
- Manage day-to-day performance of offshore service providers and local resources
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AP/T&E efficiency
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards, legal, and tax requirements
- Lead or support strategic projects to boost AP/T&E performance within Supply Chain
- Work with senior leaders to improve working capital strategies and ensure accurate supplier onboarding data
