Role Opportunity
Client-side Injury Management Advisor to join a Tier 1 mining company. January 2026 start on a 9-month contract (possibility to extend)

Benefits:

• Perth Airport based (Mon - Fri)
• 38 hour week
• Owners Team

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience in the health and safety field
• Demonstrated experience in an Injury Management role
• Previous experience working in the mining and natural resources sector
• Knowledge of relevant legislation covering health and safety
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing or Exercise Physiology

Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety and health behaviour programmes
• Provide injury management services and support
• Assist with the classification of employees' injury/illness
• Workers Compensation and Injury Management:
• Work with Company Leaders and Health Professionals to implement health and fitness for work systems across the business

Owns and operates a large mine, processing , rail and port operation in the Pilbara region
